Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home (see exception), with an 80 lb. weight limit. There is a $250 pet fee and $250 pet deposit per pet. Pet rent is $15 per month per pet. The community has the following breed restrictions: Bull Terrier, Dingo, Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman, Mastiff, Huskie, Malamute, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Shar-Pei, and Wolf-hybrid. Animals trained to assist blind, deaf, or other disable individuals are always permitted. We do not accept exotic animals..
